  • Location: Ruakura, Hamilton.

We have multiple Warehouse Associate positions available:

  • Monday to Friday (x3)
  • Rostered Days (Four days on/Four days off) (x4)
  • Rostered Nights (Four nights on/Four nights off) (x6)

 

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Gear Up for Safety: Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team – safety comes first!
  • Order Fulfillment Champion: Prepare, pack, and ship orders according to schedule, keeping our customers satisfied.
  • Inventory Ace: Receive, process, and meticulously manage warehouse stock, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Warehouse Organization Guru: Keep the workspace clean, efficient, and optimized for maximum productivity.
  • Tech-Savvy Associate: Utilize the Warehouse Management System to track inventory and complete tasks seamlessly.
  • The Problem-Solving Crew: Identify and report issues proactively, collaborating with the team to find solutions.
  • Communication Cornerstone: Maintain clear communication with supervisors and colleagues, fostering teamwork.
  • Lifelong Learner: Always seek ways to improve processes and continuously develop your skills. Bonus points: Are you interested in potentially stepping up to a Shift Supervisor role? We offer growth opportunities!

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Warehouse and distribution centre experience is a must.
  • Experience working in MPI RMP facilities is a plus.
  • Forklift license and knowledge of OH&S policies are essential.
  • Warehouse Management System proficiency and a high level of customer focus are key.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are well-organized under pressure, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic, exceptional communication, and a willingness to learn are your superpowers.

Candidate skills and experience:

Experience in the following:

  • Chilled environment
  • Warehousing and distribution centers
  • Working within MPI RMP facilities
  • Satellite Racking is advantageous
  • Blast Freezing is advantageous
  • OH&S policies
  • Warehouse Management Systems
  • As well as a high-level of customer orientation

  • Must have right to work in New Zealand
  • Current Forklift License
  • Clean MOJ Check
