Maintenance Engineer

Position: Full-time

As our Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production line running smoothly.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Daily maintenance, problem-solving, and on-the-line troubleshooting.
  • Implementing solutions to unplanned downtime and enhancing machine/equipment functionality.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities across the plant (equipment and systems).
  • Supporting the reliability program and collaborating with stakeholders for effective maintenance.
  • Performing tasks like machine installations, scheduled maintenance, and time-critical repairs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Relevant engineering trade qualification.
  • Proven experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance (manufacturing environment).
  • Eligibility to work in NZ.
  • Excellent fault-finding and communication skills.
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently.
