On Call Hotel Attendants (Mangere)

Position: Part-time

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to work in fast-paced environment and has a passion for housekeeping.

Location: Mangere/Airport Oaks

Weekday Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Weekend Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm

(hours may vary but it will most likely be the above hours)

Perfect for anyone not working but would like to get a little income coming through. Please Note: This is on call – if and when required

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

– Maintaining high standards of room cleanliness
– Working as a team
– Following instructions from your supervisor
– Able to clean the room as per company requirements
– Follow health & safety requirements at all times

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

– This is a fast paced role that’s all about team work, so you will need to hit the ground running.
– Previous housekeeping / commercial cleaning experience is a must; training is also provided.
– It’s important you are well presented and comfortable interacting with customers to answer questions and offer advice on hotel facilities.
– Wear black pants, black shoes (plain black sport shoes are acceptable) and black shirt for uniform.

Candidate skills and experience:

– Cleaning bathrooms/bedrooms
– Changing bedding
– Attention to Detail
– Vacuuming/Sweeping/Dusting
– Time Management

Your application will require providing the following:

– Legally entitled to work in NZ
– X2 referees to complete reference check
