At NZ Staff we treat our casuals and temps as individuals not just numbers on a database.
Our Employee Engagement Program encourages casuals to be available on a long-term basis and has established NZ Staff as an employer of choice in the industry. Some of the program initiatives include:
- training and development to up-skill
- reward and recognition for our high achievers – casual employee of the month and casual employee of the year
- regular social functions like movie and poker nights
- onsite BBQ’s
- sponsorship of casuals sporting teams
- regular newsletter
- family Christmas party
We make sure our casuals are paid accurately and on time. When we visit a client site we make it our business to visit our people.
We take the time to communicate and say thank you. As a result, NZ Staff has loyal casuals who offer continuity and who are aware of client requirements and expectations. Our casuals give our clients better quality outcomes.
Many of our first clients and candidates are still with us to this day.
