Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Responsible for daily purchasing functions to ensure the timely and correct level of stock replenishment.
  • Maintain the purchasing stocking policy and subsequent follow up of incoming purchase orders to maintain supply to customers.
  • Create deliveries for all incoming airfreight consignments, linking invoices to related purchase orders, update and reconciliation of all local freight costs with invoices and information supplied on spreadsheets.
  • Maintain timelines associated with purchase ordering and importation of goods from suppliers. Ensuring all documentation is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Liaise with and deputize for the warehouse to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods through the warehouse, ensuring proper procedures followed to comply with the quality assurance program.
  • Picking, checking, packing and dispatching of customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Receiving, checking, put away and receipting of inwards goods
  • Cycle counting

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Computer literate, preferably with strong MS suite
  • Be a team player
  • Reliable, task oriented and self-motivated

Candidate skills and experience:

  • Prior logistics and warehouse experience preferred
