Labourers – Onehunga

Position: Full-time

NZ Staff are looking for labourers to work with one of our clients based in Onehunga, Auckland.  They are well known in the building market. With opportunity to grow within the business, these roles are available for people who are able to work within a team and be culturally diverse.

Hours of work (Monday to Friday, ongoing)

  • Morning shift 4am – 2pm Monday to Friday
  • Afternoon shift 2pm – 12am Monday to Friday

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Pick packing customer orders
  • Wrapping pallets
  • Attending to supervisor needs

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Be reliable and eager to work
  • Be a fast learner
  • Be capable of basic problem solving
  • Have basic written and communication skills
  • Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs

Candidate skills and experience:

  • Have previous warehousing experience is a bonus
  • Forklift licence a bonus but not a necessity

Your application will require providing the following:

  • Have reliable transport
  • Hold full NZ working rights
  • Have safety boots
  • Complete a drug and alcohol test

Other Information:

There may be opportunity to grow and move to Tauranga if open.
