Accounts Support

Position: Part-time

Location: Mangere

Part time role: 3 month contract (20hr approx. per week)

  • Managing all aspects to support purchasing and payment of invoices

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • PO request and creation in Peigass System
  • Liaising and getting quotes from suppliers to support PO’s
  • Completing various documentations to support PO’s, including getting signed contracts from suppliers, doing PO’s for ongoing suppliers etc
  • Receipting PO’s in Peigass
  • Liaising with Malaysia to add new vendors into Peigass
  • Setting up the non-inventory purchasing catalogue
  • Write up Scopes of work for service based contracts for PO’s
  • Supporting any other activity related to purchasing and invoice payments
  • Other admin and office duties as required by the business

  • Previous admin experience
  • Accounts payment processing
  • Good computer skills
  • Willing and quick to learn new software

Other Information:

Job to be based in Auckland (Mangere), however there is possible scope for this role to be based some days from home.  May involve some trips to Wellington on an ad-hoc basis as required.
